options:
-udcDir=/dir/to/cache - place to put cache for remote bigBed/bigWigs
-chroms - list all chromosomes and their sizes
-zooms - list all zoom levels and their sizes
-as - get autoSql spec
-extraIndex - list all the extra indexes
